Brokers Remarks: This Fairline 40 is an excellent example; she has been updated over the years and is also in fantastic condition for a vessel of her age. Her accommodation and internal volume is superb, there are plenty of berths and there is also a generous saloon and galley area, she also benefits from having two heads. The owner is a professional marine engineer, so the reliability and maintenance of this boat has the utmost importance.
