MG MGC27

The MGC 27 was designed by Ron Humphries as an upgrade from his Contessa 26/27 designs. They have earned the reputation as capable and fast, they have the speed to compete successfully in club racing. Rondo is the more sought-after lifting keel version. With her keel up she draws just .80m allowing her to explore the shallowest of cruising grounds but with it down she has great windward performance with a 1.79m draft. She has been very well maintained by her present owner. Her Volvo penta engine pushes her through the water with ease and has been serviced regularly. She sleeps 4-6 people in comfort in her 3 cabins. All lines lead aft to cockpit which combined with the cockpit traveller makes her very easy to sail short or single-handed.
