Accommodation The 1987 Hunter Horizon 32 Wheelhouse offers surprisingly spacious and practical accommodation for a 32-foot cruiser, with the major advantage of its enclosed wheelhouse giving excellent protection from the weather and superb all-round visibility. Designed for comfortable coastal cruising, she is particularly well-suited to extended stays aboard.Entering from the cockpit, you step down into the raised wheelhouse/deck saloon area, which is the defining feature of this model. This bright and airy space typically houses the internal steering position to starboard, allowing sheltered helming in poor weather, together with occasional seating and excellent visibility through the surrounding windows.Forward of the wheelhouse is the main saloon, arranged on a split-level layout. The saloon is spacious with good headroom, featuring comfortable settee berths to port around a central folding dining table, allowing seating for up to six people. There is excellent locker and under-seat stowage throughout, making her suitable for longer cruising periods. The teak-style interior joinery gives a warm, traditional feel while remaining practical and durable.The galley is positioned to starboard close to the wheelhouse area, arranged in a safe and practical linear layout.
