1985 Monarch 23 cruiser/racer yacht available in Kent Monarch' is a very stylish and capable bespoke fast cruiser or club racer, designed and built by the highly regarded shipwright and designer John Mullins, designer of the successful Jaguar 21 and 23 yachts, and also responsible for development of the Dragon class. Offering attractive lines and a practical open plan layout, she was built to an exceptionally high standard and has been maintained regardless of cost by her original owner who decided that it is time to retire from sailing and her current owner who is looking to move up to a larger racer. .
