The Jeanneau Espace 1000 is a spacious 10 metre cruising yacht built in the 1980s which has tiller steering in the cockpit with an inside steering position for inclement weather. This Jeanneau Espace 1000 has a main and genoa, both new in 2018, a cruising chute and heavy weather sails that have been lightly used. The boat has been in the same ownership since 1996 and sailed during the summer with winters ashore.
